Bodyworks Internationale Fitness is your “upscale alternative to the gym”. We don’t look like a gym and we don’t operate like one. You will appreciate the personal one-on-one atmosphere and the quality service we provide. Bodyworks Internationale is a fun fitness studio specializing in personal instruction in fun group exercise programs; Zumba, Zumba Toning, Mind/Body, BodyWORKS, ABS ETC., Belly Dance, Exotic Dance, and Beat IT (Italina Boxe Fitness).
Our 3,500 square-foot facility is large enough so you have room to breathe, but small enough to offer personal attention. We cater to a clientele who insist on top-notch qualifications and service. We offer a new innovative state of the art Yamaha sound system and state of the art exercise flex-floor in a low-key friendly environment. Our Troy Light-Weight system is excellent for muscle toning and sculpting.
Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out and to love working out!
We’re here for you… your insurance to health.

Installation Art & Accoustic Accompaniment
Nicole Geske & Steve Hornick
Nicole Geske: a Fox Valley native who recently graduated with a degree in art from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. While at UW-La Crosse, she earned a minor in music which has made an impact on Geske's work ethic, ideals, and visualization. Her graphic design influences are clear in her works in ink, typography, paper craft, and installation art. She feels that traditional design practices used to create the most wondrous imagery and texts have been forgotten. Her work is a culmination of modern meets traditional, in an effort to return art and design to their former intricate beauty but redefined in a contemporary context.
Accoustic Accompaniment by: Steve Hornick
Steve has been involved in music for over 13 years. He started playing bass 10 years ago and switched primarily to guitar 7 years ago. He is influenced by a vast array of artists from Neil Young to Tool and bands like Built to Spill, Dinosaur Jr, and The Grateful Dead. Ranging from acoustic melodies to ear splitting solos his music will take you on a rollercoaster of emotions. Steve is currently working on recording a solo album entitled “A gift to the 90”.
