Memories on Market opened to a large crowd on hand to greet Oshkosh artist Pat Henderson in June, 1998. Since then, the Gallery's collection of fine art at 215 Market Street in Oshkosh has multiplied many times, and we have done shows for the Oshkosh Fine Arts Association and other groups, with portions of the proceeds donated to local charities. Pat passed away several years ago, but the gallery maintains a selection of her original works. At present, the downstairs Memories on Market Gallery features the works of Russian artist Mihail Chemiakin, watercolors by Door County artist Kari Anderson, Phil Austin, and Jack Anderson, and limited edition prints from G. Harvey, Huchet, Alexander Chen, Gail Pommerening, Jean Accola, and others. Memories on Market also showcases the works of Charles L. Peterson, with over 700 of the ghost images and maritime prints Peterson has become famous for. We believe we have the largest collection of Peterson prints and originals in the Midwest.
